A head safety officer shall be appointed on each site along with junior safety officers reporting to him.

Monthly Safety Meetings shall be held on site.

Weekly Safety Report shall be prepared and submitted to the client.

Daily toolbox talk and fortnightly safety training session shall be conducted for all the workers.

All requisite documentation including workmen insurance policy, labour license, etc. is maintained on site.

A First-Aid Box along with proper training shall be provided on site.

List of emergency contacts including those of the nearest fire station, police station, ambulance, hospital and other concerned people shall be displayed prominently on the site.
